What is Being Drunk in Stadium?
This offence occurs when a person is:

  • Drunk during a designated sporting event at a designated sports ground.

  • Drunk while entering or attempting to enter the sports ground.

Court and Sentencing Information

  • Cases are exclusively heard in the Magistrates’ Court.

  • Maximum penalty: Level 2 Fine.
